The process was a bit long, but you can't rush perfection. Every request I had was met with enthusiasm and attention. Not that it is recommended, but we made a few audibles during the development that were different from the original vision. Every single last bit was dealt with efficiently and professionally.
The website is full delivered and we are now working on SEM/SEO and so far, they are on point with this process as well.
