Adding a reminder

Go to the Events tab on the VSM menu bar.

Go to the Reminders cateogry under the tab.

Click the blue Add Reminder button.

  1. Input the name of the reminder.
  2. Include an email in the Reminder Profile so it will send the reminder to the correct address.
  3. Check the box if you want the recepient of the reminder to also receive a newsletter or to access signing up for a newsletter through the reminder email.
  4. Select Save and Close to save and exit or Save & Add Reminders to continuing editing or exit manually.
