Support Software Installation

CrossLoop is a program that will allow EfinityTech to serve you with full live support right on your very own desktop. With this software installed on your computer we can connect directly to your PC and walkthrough issues you may be having in almost any area. 

Efinity is proud to continually support our clients in better more efficient ways, and CrossLoop has made this possible.

After the software is installed upon opening the program you will be prompted with a registration page. Feel free to skip this by clicking the "skip" link in the bottom right corner of the registration info page.

If you choose to skip the registration another page will popup with a 15 second wait until you can use the software or you can just click the little tiny underlined "close" link in the bottom center of this page:

Registration is painless and will make it so you don't have to wait when the program starts, but we fully understand if you feel uncomfortable putting your information in.

After the program is started all you have to do is follow these steps in the next link. This will walk you through allowing Efinity Tech to connect right to your desktop and provide you with the support you need:
